We’re currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented Superstar Salesperson who is looking to take his/her next step up in Business Development. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded IT Managed Service provider is experiencing robust growth in a market where most companies are struggling. What you’ll do:
*Establish, develop and maintain quality business relationships with existing and prospective IT Managed Service and Telecommunications (Voice/Data) clients.
*Meet on-site with existing and prospective clients to analyze needs, present IT Managed Service Business Solutions, develop clear and effective service proposals and quotes and provide comprehensive follow-up from initial contact to delivery.
*Research sources for developing new business, monitor market conditions and competitive activities; keeping informed of new product and service applications.
*Coordinate sales efforts with Management, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Service groups
*Maintain and present sales activity reports as required.
*Accurately maintain and manage the client database.
*Attend periodic industry events including trade shows, expositions and networking events.
*Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need for success here:
*Associate or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
*MUST HAVE outside B2B sales experience with proven track record of success (in IT or closely related field preferred).
*High level of proficiency in web-based applications and MS Office (EXCEL and PPT).
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to strategically coordinate scheduling to optimize client meetings. Exceptional written and verbal skills.
